Boxabl is a product that gives you a casita in a “box”. You will need a slab, rough plumbing and rough electric on the site. The rest comes in the box ready to be set up on the site. The Boxabl unit include a bathroom, kitchen and one studio living area. The bathroom includes toilet, shower and vanity. The kitchen includes a fridge, cooking area, and breakfast bar with plenty of cabinets for a fully equipped kitchen. The unit also include a mini-split for heating and cooling.
